That's the pre-order price 10%. The price is €845. Too bad his helmets are that expensive

That is a bad ass helmet, but for that price I'll stick with what I have. I'd rather spend that kind of money on parts for the bike.

Don't expect that officially outside Europa until 2013. You have time to save money.

You´re right usually European helmets are officially released around 6 months later in the States. It´ll be released in Europe around september , so probably around january it should be released in the US

September is Italian time.
Real world time is more around October/November, but I would barely hesitate to bet about December/January.

Don't think so. The helmet probably is coming september in european release. In the coming weeks they will communicate when the official date is. The later release in the States has only to with he certificates issue (US having other certificates to approve a helmet), that's all.

You're absolutely right , but that doesn't make it a cheap helmet. I will probably get it myself but just have to save a little

I wonder if it's gonna look exactly like that (exposed carbon fiber), or like the other one they showed with graphics (see image). This is actually attainable (just barely!) for me I think. I was really thinking this helmet would come in at around $3k.

Yep it's going to be Carbon fiber, and the helmet will look like that. I saw that AGV will also make a black version without all the Rossi stickers on it, all black

So to confirm, if I pre-order one from this website, Champion's Helmets it's going to be this one (this is the one I want)?

I called and emailed these guys (Champion Helmets). They said it is likely going to be the exposed carbon fiber design. They have a meeting with AGV on Tuesday and will be able to give final details on the design, price, and ship date of the helmet. So I'm going to call them back on Wednesday to confirm everything and order one then if everything checks out.

As a plus, no VAT for USA, and shipping is free also.
