After reading this post, while changing my oil yesterday I checked the triangle piece.....sure thing it was about to fall off.  Thanks for the save!

Mine was loose. I went to a local hardware store and got to rubber washers just like the stock ones, except the inside diameter is smaller. Now they are not going anywhere, cost $1.25.
