How far have you gone on your new beast? I've clocked up 4,350 km in the last 3 months and so far all good, no smoke (after 3.5k), oil consumption minimal and no mechanical/electrical problems so far. |

good post because I was wondering this just yesterday..seeing guys concerned about thier 1st service price, what are they gonna do when its time for the real service where you can get charged up to $100 per valve...hmm Ducati for ya pay the price or invest in a few specialty tools and manual? :-) btw, as of today im at 4900 miles...been actually holding off and riding my 600rr thats been sitting for 2 yrs Last edited by DUCENZO; August 24th, 2012 at 06:04 PM. |

Need to get my helmet on and ride! Was up there with some of the highest mileage previously. 4,250 Km only, bike was away at the dealer to install the DDA and GPS so was riding my 848 and I stopped riding for 3 weeks as the mrs and I had a new baby so I didn't want her stressing about whether I was going to make it home in one piece |
