First real ride on the 1199

After two useless Demo rides and the 11 mile ride home from the dealer two weeks ago I got to put on 200 miles this morning starting on Route 27 north in Broward County. With 57 miles on ODO I got pulled over by Palm Beach Sheriff. My Buddy on his 2010 BMW S1000RR fully tricked out in Carbon fiber with Austin Exhaust and bellypan etc was with me. The rest of our group was ahead of us. Sheriff informed me we were going 105, 40 over limit. He admired both bikes and let us off with warnings!!!!!! awesome, The ride up was slower now, about 85-90 but what a ride, the bike is amazing at speeds over 80 and rpms over 6k, otherwise its not impressive.I'm used to the riding position now

overall: LOVE THIS BIKE. Heat not an issue at cruising speed.I love the suspension except for a bumpy stretch of road that jarred me a lot.
