Congrats and welcome!

By the flicker thing do you mean like in the videos you've seen of the bike? That isnt the lights flickering its just something to do with the frequency of the LED lights and the way that video records.

Search the forum by parts like rearsets, carbon, seat, screen etc or brand names like Rizoma, Carbonavi etc or just scroll on through, lots of good threads.

The things most people seem to change are the usual pipes (termi), seat, screen, rearsets/pegs and of course carbon fibre.

Happy hunting.

Congrats. The bike is all the goodies you will need. A little bit of tasteful carbon here and there will inevitably happen like a mold growing on bread.

Spend your goody money on good gear.

Enjoy.

Nahhhh!! Friends don't let friends ride stock . Besides, I don't think it's his first bike so he probably already has gear.

Seat; DP comfort or race seat are your best options.
Levers; DP, Rizoma, AR Racing or Tamburini IMO
Reservoirs; Rizoma and don't even consider anything else

DP levers are the same as the Austin Racing ones. Price may be different though

Also check out Rizoma foot pegs. I have the Pro-B ones.

I'm not one for churching up the bike, but I did get the race seat and tank guard, and plan on evotech radiator guards. That's just good thinking. Anybody found a US distributor for the evotech radiator guards? I've only seen on ebay and overseas.
