Termi's set of alarm!!

I'm currently living in an appartment complex so the buildings create a kind of echo chamber I guess? So I pushed the bike out of the garage and free wheeled down a slop before thumbing the starter to be as quiet as I could. However, when I hit the starter I gave a couple of small twists to make sure she'd caught properly and as I did the car alarm of the car I was right next to went off!!! I thought this was kind of amusing but I still scooted off quick!!!! Maybe I ought to call this bike "Thor - the God of Thunder"!?!?!?

Our office building has the most ____ parking lot assignment. Some genius decided to create a motorcycle parking section 4 levels down from ground entrance, our of 5 levels of parking. Circling 4 levels of parking can be a sweating task, so every car I pass by with an alarm, I would blip the throttle just so slightly enough to set it off. For safety of course, so they know I am rolling by, don't back up!

I leave the house early to ride, and I live on a hill, so i have been starting it when i back out of my driveway and rolling down the hill and sitting down below until it warms up a bit and taking off.

this way i let it rumble down below and dont wake my family and my neighbors.

i know its bad, but DAMN this thing is loud. :-)

Does anyone happen to have a clip of their bike with a full termi system?? Im curious to hear the difference, I know a video wont really do it justice. But I love how the exhaust sounds stock, so Im curious how a Termi system for our bikes sound.

Good way to cover up the sound of your exhaust.

That's NOTHING....I used to set off building alarms in Manhattan with one of my choppers!!! Used to shake the window sensors on some of the 5th ave Persian carpet stores. Cars??? Whole blocks of 'em. Left me giggling like a school boy....hehehehe

All good until you pulled over and issued a non-compliance sticker like just happened to me! Luckily on my Harley not the Pani but have to go and change the pipes regardless and put it through an inspection now! Think they would have better things to do.

There in lies the problem...you let yourself get busted. Best part of NYC: three left turns down one way streets going the wrong way equals a right and no ticket. (ahhh...the good ol' days...)
