Insurance rates

I'm shopping for insurance. Can you all give me what you pay annually to insure your 1199 (and give the state and coverages you got) and what insurance carrier you used. I have a Tricolore and in Colorado, so anybody similarly situated would be fantastic. But any information would be helpful.

I Ride: GSXR750 K7, 1199 Panigale
$1200 year, state farm, 100,300, full coverage plus under-insured and uninsured. They also cover my K7 750 and that runs 300 a year. same coverage. I do not have my home or cars with them. Just the two bikes. I searched for quite some time and no one could come close.

Check the other insurance and coverage thread for responses and stories from lots of members.

I live in the springs. I'm a single male, 25 y/o, with a $1000 deductible. $60 a month through State Farm. Cheapest WITH the best service. Rich Wells is awesome (my rep).

My 1199 base costs me $800 a year for Insurance through State Farm. Full coverage, 42 years old, married male living in So Cal. with a good driving record. I gotta give State Farm credit, in 2008 I had a bike stolen that they covered. I also had a bunch of aftermarket goodies installed that I had kept the receipts for. I showed all the paperwork to State Farm, they paid for the bike and for all the aftermarket parts I had added.. minus a small adjustment for depreciation of the bike and the aftermarket parts. But it was only a minimal deduction so I was happy. I got a check from them within about 3 weeks.

same here, i thought about that, as soon as no lien, do i drop to state minimum. for my new bikes, i always carry full coverage for a couple of years regardless and then drop to less than full coverage...my other bike is only $123/year.

So thereya go. A range of prices from various companies. Overall it looks like state farm offers consistently low (relative) rates. Of course the area you live in will have an impact as well. For example, here is AZ, EVERYTHING insurance wise seems more expensive. F'n statistics!
