Front Preload

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew the number of turns "in" (or "out" if you counted that way) is stock on the front preload? I set my sag, but forgot to count, and was just wondering. Thanks

Here's the factory settings, they don't list the preload in clicks but in MM

Falcon I backed off my pre load a full 6 turns out and that was it,to the stop. Screwed it back in one full turn and that seems to suit me ok. That was the first and only time I touched it from taking delivery,so that was factory setting. I put red marker pen reference points on the twisty bits so I can make accurate equal adjustments. hope that helps. Ive got same suspension as you BTW

Interesting. My base also came from the dealer with the fork preload at six turns in from full-out. Had to back it full-out to get 38-40mm loaded sag, and am still only getting a bit under 105mm of travel, even slamming the front brake hard enough to do stoppies. Need springs! Or...Twinkies... lots of Twinkies.
