Busted for noise !!!

got the mail
letter from EPA
a report has been lodged by a member of the Victoria Police indicating that the Vehicle was considered to be either excessively noisy or to have had a faulty exhaust system


S with slip ons

so off i go to get tested

I put the DBA killers in he reved it up to 5375 rpm and tada 104 DBA

so killers in at 5375 rpm all ok 104 dba

Man, and I thought we had stupid bullsh1t to deal with over here in U.S. California is not far behind you on the noise laws. Let's hope the rest don't follow. Did you get pulled over for the noise?

you don't get pull over...the lazy bastards just stand by high traffic crossroads and file a complaint if they "think" your toy is too noisy...

it's the next generation of the revenue making machine since speed cameras are not enough anymore

No i didnt get pulled over
i was observed on eastern freeway
i recon i saw the cock pull a guy over for lane splitting
the dood was riding in 1st gear just cruzing along
and i thought you are an ass !
and then i get letter from same date

in one way at least i can just go get the test and pass
and fax off the get fucked letter

$40.30 per go

yeah the cops on the eastern are F#$#%d! ...it's definately not about safety, they hang around ringwood exits knowing bikes are coming on, hide and get ya.

harley im sure will be under same rule
but harleys dont give cops the hard time i think besides noise polution

were as us ducati racebike or racebikes in general, not only you can see us a mile away
they watching if we speed which is pretty easy since were stuck in 3-4 gear
