I wonder if someone heard about when the bike will arrive in Canada? Cause me when Im talking to my dealer, he told me that I dont Have to worry he still didnt heard anything about late delivery production for the 1199. So he expect the bike to be there in april for sure. If you come from Canada, is it the same for you guys or you heard something else from your dealer?

Was at the Montréal show last month and here's what a regional rep told me: "It'll be well into May before we get the first ones." Sure hope he's wrong |

Got the same message as jsgbc - training April - Bikes come soon after. Problem is I am the 3rd Tricolore on the list so I dont expect mine to be in the first shipment :-(

Ducati has S models crated and ready for shipping, so they 'theoretically' 'could' ship them. tstephenson, you might get your Tri with the orders before yours (depends on how Ducati groups the shipment). Moreso depends on their production of Tri models. People are STILL saying my dealer told me late March. Yes, that is possible for S models but more likely Ducati will want dealers to complete sales training first (that makes sense). Certainly not likely anyone will see Tri or Base models in March, and definately not in large volume numbers.

Th wait is starting to be so long....My dealer can't tell me the exact date when he is gonna get my bike. The only things he always says is that my base no abs was supose to be there last week! And now he is not sure that I will get my bike before de Montreal F1 Grand Prix, This is really sucks . How come every one in New York get their bike but us in Can have to wait longer. Montreal aint to far from New York

^Canadian bikes don't arrive through New Jersey. They come in through Halifax, I think, and are hauled somewhere near Toronto for inspection. Once they are released, the dealers receive shipping details. This is what my dealer has told me, but as always, who the ef knows what's really going on...haha |
