You are obviously not braking hard enough and having to lock your legs onto the tank.

I have had stomp grips on my last three bikes, not just for tank grip, but also to protect the tank from scratches via my legs.

I Ride: oh yes, I do!!!
- tear gas or pepperspray tank ('ve seen it before) in the rear with switch on the bars
- smoke launcher (there's stuff you can pour in the exhaust)
- ability to turn the lights off completely (USA bikes)

After sending them an e-mail about the stuff I thought was missing on the Panigale, I just received an answer from Ducati telling me they value my feedback and transmitted my suggestions to the proper department.

For what it's worth – these are just commercial words – I am quite happy, because at least I had a very kind answer which makes me feels listened to as a customer.

Thank you Ducati.

I'm thinking it's because it is so much thinner that my legs aren't gripping it as much as was use to on my S1000RR.....? Not sure?

Me 3. First time I noticed that I didn't know whether to laugh or curse. Thought "Lovely; the engine designer thinks to put in a nice sight glass, and then the stylists cover it right up with the fairing. How Italian!" Had a flash mental image of that being shown on a Powerpoint to newbie Honda engineering trainees as an example of how not to do it. Much pointing and sniggering all 'round...

great post mate perfect for those who complain alot.

i read this post and think wtf... serious?

you can buy most of these stuff aftermarket
im sure most of the stuff is already on the market or can get custom made (motor electrician)
no bike is perfect. if it was it be a super sports car on 2 wheels

why not just add a bazooka and a few machine guns so i can tell those car to get out of my way.

The ONLY thing that's missing is the smoking hot lycra clad chick we saw draping her lithe body all over the bike when it was originally unveiled.......

check the instruction manual, if you still can't locate her, circle back to the dealer and demand a refund
