I just got my bike back from the 600 mile service and the clutch is all out of whack. It was great before I took it in so I don't know what happened while the service was being done. I like to use my index and middle finger to pull in the clutch. Now, I have to use all 4 fingers and pull the clutch all the way to the grip to disengage it. If I don't, it's fighting to go forward. I tried playing around with the little adjustment knob but that didn't help. Also, doesn't matter if it's hot or cold it does the same thing. Any suggestions other than taking it back to the dealer? I'm sure you did, but did you bleed at the master cylinder at the top and the nipple at the slave cylinder? I don't have any other ideas as to what could've happened at the 600 mile service. |

Take it back to the dealer and make them fix it. If it was fine before the service and now it's crap, sounds like they should make it work properly. Sorry... You said other than the dealer. I would take it to them for warranty reasons so you can't be blamed for creating the issue. Last edited by flobrandx; September 4th, 2012 at 01:03 PM. |
