Hi I'm new to the Forum.

I'm taking the Panigale in for its first service this weekend! Anything I should be aware of?

Everything...no really, if you could, have the tech takes it apart, inspect everything. that was what i did, plenty of things to be adjusted, inspected, evey my rear hub was taken apart and regreased, re-tighten, all the recall should be perform. on the 1st service, they have a list of what to be checked and retorqued, not everything will be checked.

Welcome! Congrats on the bike!

IMHO just ask them to see if any recall work outstanding on your bike. It wouldn't do any harm to see if there are any oil leaks or loose oil filter covers once you get it back. On the Tri I had my Termi's installed during first service also, some people did it from day 1, a few waited till the run in was completed. Up to you and the dealer I suppose.

Welcome!! Make sure your dealer/tech adds the correct amount of oil. There have been for too many reports of over filling. Over filling leads to leaks and an oil leak in the wrong place can lead to fires. There have been some so don't discount this.
