Hello, New to the forum, so just finding my way around. Absolutely loving my Tricolore! Latest in a long line of Ducati superbikes starting with a 916 in 1998. I traded in two bikes to get my Tric a 1198s and a BMW S1000RR Sport. The Tric is a better bike than both. So far, I have just replaced the shock cover an rear hugger with carbon fibre (both matte finish and from Carbon Trader - great service btw) and am patiently (not really) waiting for my Rizoma rear sets and number plate hanger/indicators. Cheers guys |

Welcome Joker. Yes, some comparative real world thoughts would be appreciated. I almost got the S1KRR and still think about adding one to garage, so please share |

Hi Joker from sunny Stockton on Tees. Wait till its run in. I think it's an awesome bike. Thing I find best is the agility, like a 600. Contrary to what some reviews say, midrange is great, wheelies easy in 4th with a good fistful.. maybe see you up at Helmsley ?

Those two bikes made for an enviable garage, but the Tric is better than both. It feels planted through corners like no other bike I've ridden.

I'm originally from pontefract so used to go to squires all the time, when it was in Sherburn village. Now I really stick to the roads round here, bit spoilt for choice...dales and moors and maybe over to the lakes...maybe see you around some time |
